I thought I might find a new feature or two, gain some stability and extend it's compatibility. However, as yet, I've found no new features that are any use to me and the old problems with unreliable scheduled backups are the same as they've been since Windows 10 came out.

I foresee the same thing will happen to Quickbooks. Soon every software will be online and will require an annual fee. Disgusting but the sign of the changing times. QuickBooks said version is fully certified by Windows So we purchased it to upgrade our version. However it keeps freezing when loading company file, even it dead when opening their sample company file. I updated Windows, updated Quickbooks with their latest patches, reinstalled Quickbooks, and even installed it to a clean, fresh installed Windows 10 laptop, ran their tool hub to fix program and company file, all didn't help. I strongly suspect QuickBooks had tested their product before releasing it to market.

Do they really have a product verification and testing team? Product is great, Intuit the manufacturer is the problem. SaaS have done their best to help but to no avail. The problem is you cannot go from QB on line back to QB desktop, a fact Intuit does not inform you of until you try to do it. Lost 6 years of records due to this shortfall of Intuit. Recommend people do not go to QB on line! Everything is perfect about this software, user-friendly, cost-effective, and great reports with excellent analysis.

I have used other software for small businesses. Still, honestly, no comparison, QuickBooks makes everything easy even if you have no clue about accounting, starting from creating the company with their easy to use wizard until generating the financial statement reports.
